Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with LynxAI. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
1. 3-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with LynxAI, you may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial subscription purchase — provided that less than 20% of your monthly token budget has been consumed.
This applies to first-time purchases only and is granted at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email support.lynxai@gmail.com within 72 hours of your purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Renewal charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. No exceptions will be made for renewal charges.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 72 hours after the initial purchase — no exceptions
- Any and all renewal charges
- Accounts where more than 20% of the monthly token budget has been used
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Plan upgrades, downgrades, or mid-cycle changes
- Claims of technical issues that cannot be reproduced or verified by our team
5. Service Disruptions
If LynxAI experiences a significant service outage (more than 24 hours of continuous unavailability), affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit toward their next billing cycle. We will notify users of any such credits via email.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible 72-hour window, email support.lynxai@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your purchase date and order/transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Incomplete requests or requests outside the eligibility window will be declined without further review.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
