Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LynxAI software, including the desktop application and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LynxAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using LynxAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use LynxAI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, LynxAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the LynxAI desktop application on your personal computer for personal or commercial use within the scope of your selected plan.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software without permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Sublicense, sell, or resell access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

3. Subscriptions & Billing

LynxAI offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fee at the start of each billing cycle.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Token Usage & Limits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly token budget that resets at the start of every billing cycle. Unused tokens do not carry over. If your token budget is exhausted, you may upgrade your plan or wait for the next cycle. We do not guarantee specific response times or task completion rates.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LynxAI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Automate tasks that violate applicable laws or third-party terms of service
• Harass, harm, or infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Distribute malware or engage in any form of cyberattack

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LynxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
